Pinedale participates in a variety of real estate ventures and other investment-related opportunities, including mortgage lending for assets ranging from single-family homes to larger-scale development properties. We have a separate, dedicated home building company that operates under the name of Tiffany Park Homes, which has established numerous successful communities and projects. Active communities include Estates of Credit Ridge in Brampton, Valleybrooke Estates in Vaughan and Estates of Spring Valley North in Brampton. We have several joint venture condominium developments with prestigious partners including Treviso at 770 Lawrence Avenue West, 3018 Yonge and Riverhouse at the Old Mill.
