Plans are underway to convert all garage lighting to LED at 970 Lawrence. LED lights use less electricity, last longer, emit less heat and more light in a wider range of color tints than currently used high-pressure sodium or mercury vapor street lamps. As a result, the building will see significant efficiencies in electricity demand and maintenance over an LED lifespan while improving the overall light levels.
